Elite Party and Event Rentals makes backyard gatherings, weddings, church events, and corporate setups simple. Reserve online, pay a 50% deposit once we confirm the date, and we’ll handle the rest.
Delivery is $50 in Cumming and Forsyth County, $75 and up in surrounding counties. Pickup is always an option if you prefer to haul items yourself.

Submitting a reservation and paying the deposit means you agree to these terms.
A request holds nothing until we confirm inventory and you pay the 50% deposit. Dates are first-come after payment clears.
50% deposit by PayPal or Venmo (@elitepartyrentals32) to book. Balance is due before or on delivery/pickup day. Prices include a 10% damage waiver on rental items. Delivery, setup, and string-light hanging are extra as listed.
14 or more days before the event: deposit refunded minus a $25 admin fee. 7–13 days: half the deposit is refunded. Under 7 days, no-shows, and date changes we cannot refill: deposit is nonrefundable. Weather is the customer’s responsibility unless you cancel under this schedule.
Cumming / Forsyth County delivery $50. Surrounding counties $75 and up. Outside our area quoted. Setup is charged when you choose Delivery & Setup. String-light hanging is $100 flat. Someone 18+ must be on site with clear access. Pickup orders are returned clean and on time or extra days may be billed.
The 10% waiver covers normal wear. Burns, broken frames, missing pieces, grease on linens, or equipment left in the rain may be billed above the waiver. Linens come clean and folded, not pressed. No standing on tables. Popcorn machine, fountain, and lights need a dry, level spot and working power.
Counts and addresses must be locked 48 hours before delivery. Same-day adds depend on inventory. Call or text 470-695-0730.
